Mount Shasta, Last Post 2013

Bunny Flat campground.

Greetings wonderful beings !

This will be the last post, on this years journey to Mount Shasta.

I cannot truly express to you in words, pictures, and videos, how beautiful this part of the planet is.

It is the Mecca around northern California.

In order for us to know life, we must know nature.  For there we will find the truths of the universe, and how we fit into the cosmic web.

We must be like a plant and flower, we must stand like a tree and give fruit.  We must leap like the deer and fly like the hawk.  We must shine like the sun and and flow like the stream.

This is what life is about.

This is how you feel after spending some time on Mount Shasta.  A day would be nice, but not enough time to penetrate the cells and get the real benefits from being in such a magical place.  In fact, I would recommend at least 2 weeks.  The first week to detox and adjust, the second week to expand and charge.

I know many of you are saying that you do not have two weeks to go spend on a mountain, but it will be beneficial, in your living, to do so.  That's all I'm going to say.  It does not have to be Mount Shasta, it could be any natural vortex place in nature.  It could be on any mountain range or in any forest.  There are many planet chakras.  Mount Shasta provides the whole picture and is set in a surrounding with few other distractions.  Distractions are one of the big reasons people get lost and do not focus.
Distractions keep our mind occupied with nonsense.

The journey into nature must be away from the domesticated society (distractions) and there must be a fresh spring source for drinking.  Usually, but not necessarily, the first few days (trips) are detoxing and may be uncomfortable at points, but this will change over time.  Its kinda like if you put an indoor potted tree plant out into the open wind, sun, rich soil, elements.  It will take a little time adjust.

This is not about taking break from your job or going on a vacation.  This is about spiritually, going within to understand the macro, revealing that which you can be without, evolving and transcendence.

This is about nourishing your connection to the whole of existing.

We are not here to accumulate matter and waste are breaths in comfort.

We are here to evolve in our awareness and transcend to a higher consciousness.

When you go onto the mountain, presently given the name Mount Shasta, you do this.

It may be only for a short time, but enough to impact you for the rest of your life.

There are many mountains on this planet, and they provide us a place to transcend.

Thank You !, for tuning into my blog.

Namaste - Translated roughly, it means "I bow to the God within you", or "The Spirit within me salutes the Spirit in you" - a knowing that we are all made from the same One Divine Consciousness.
